Employment: Full Time
Director of Revenue
Responsible for creating and implementing the Revenue Strategy for the entire organization. Responsible for maximizing room income through a comprehensive understanding of all booking channels and inventory and rate management. Optimizes hotel and corporate pricing strategies by defining and managing BAR levels, stay limitations, and other measures that are compatible with demand drivers and handled across all distribution channels.

What will you be doing:
- Oversee the hotel's revenue management and distribution plan, and oversee yield operations on a daily basis.
- Daily analysis of pickups, modifications to plan, and reporting.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking research and monitor market trends.
- Create and implement pricing strategies that take into account the uniqueness of each hotel.
- Provide a weekly forecast of anticipated results, deviations, and budget comparisons.
- Accountable for evaluating, analyzing, and pricing the business strategy of the group
- Analyze the overall monthly performance of the hotel and produce a summary report with suggestions for enhancing long-term plans.
- Ensure all associated systems are appropriately configured, validated, and operating at full capacity
- Responsible for best practice standards including competitor analysis, environmental scanning, market modeling, distribution yield management, business mix yield management, length of stay yield management, inventory availability by channel, price control, and innovative pricing concepts
- Evaluate distribution partner performance and negotiated rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia, crew, groups, etc.).
Prepare an outline for the annual revenue budgeting process and provide support.
Requirement

- Capability to interpret situations, comprehend settings, and respond appropriately
- Highly developed interpersonal, persuasion, and supervisory management skills
