Employment: Full Time
This person will lead and oversee the overall delivery and execution of the large-scale data programs so that they are in line with the overall goals and direction. This person has proven experience overseeing data transformation programs, especially in the implementation of data programs.
With this role, you will be in charge of making the most important decisions about the program and setting its overall strategic direction.

A government agency in the United Arab Emirates that has put a lot of money into their data capabilities. Now, they are looking for an experienced Leader to oversee the use of data and technology across the region.
Description
* Lead and oversee process and performance control and reporting, as well as internal and customer-facing financial and contractual management.
* Oversee the implementation of the program's key data-related projects, including but not limited to data capability uplift, data tool implementation, data collection, and data analytics. * Oversee the monitoring and reporting of the program's SKPIs and make sure milestones are met on time, including monitoring the program's budget and purchases. * Communicate with the different program stakeholders and government leaders to give them updates on the program.

Requirement
At least 12 years of experience running data programs in organizations like yours. Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Information Management, Data Management, and Governance, and Computer Science.
* Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
* Be able to teach and talk to both business and technical teams, as well as manage expectations across stakeholders in a strategic way.
