Jobs description/Role
Employment: Full-Time
• Keeping an eye on workers, subcontractors, and work tasks.
• Planning the work schedule with project managers.
• Making sure that materials, plans, and equipment are delivered in an organised way.
• Filling out records for reports on the site.
• Attending site management meetings.
• Going to new sites, measuring them, and drawing them on AutoCAD
• Making daily reports to the Project Manager about how things are going on the site.
• You MUST have your own car and a UAE driver's license.
Requirement
• Minimum of 2 years of core interior industry experience in Kitchen, Wardrobe, Storages, Modular, and Fit Out works.
• Extreme attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude toward quality.
• Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets, and able to work well with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
