Job Description (for ad posting)
• In charge of building and managing the CRM team and bringing in, keeping, and keeping loyal customers across all sales channels.
• Take care of our CRM system and the information it contains, including developing and putting in place customer journeys and personalization roadmaps.
• Take part in the creation of ongoing CRM strategies and weekly, monthly, and yearly departmental calendars that allow for continuous testing, learning, and optimizing in order to increase the lifetime value of customers.
• Plan CRM activities to improve KPIs, increase ROI and have the most impact on the business.
• Oversee and coordinate the implementation of new CRM campaign management tools, such as email service provider integration, front-end integration, and CRM integration with the retail stores, internal IT department, third-party eCommerce providers, and email service providers.
• Handle direct communications with customers and take the lead in choosing the CRM platforms, structures, and architecture to make sure that customer relations are handled smoothly throughout the business.
Requirement
• Age range of 30 to 45 years
• A minimum of five years of experience in sales, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing; 3 years of retail CRM marketing experience
If you've worked with other CRMs like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as marketing automation tools like Marketo or Moengage or a similar one, you'll have a leg up.
• CRM BRD development and CRM tool implementation experience is required.
• Experience with loyalty platform management is an asset.
An understanding of CDP (Customer Data Platform) and Omnichannel CRM implementation is a plus
