Description
* Review and validate the product vision by overseeing research, ideation, sketching, prototyping, and user testing.
* Review and validate user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
* Make sure that the design of deliverables is optimized for a variety of devices, interfaces, and style standards.
* Make strategic decisions about the design and user experience of core and new functions and features. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to executive-level stakeholders
* Set up and promote design standards, best practices, and guidelines. Act as a subject matter expert for all UX/UI requests/inquiries
* Team members need to be managed, coached, and mentored, and they need specific, timely, and constructive feedback on their performance.

Requirement
* Experience as a lead UX/UI designer
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
* Expertise in standard UX software like Sketch, InVision, etc.
* A solid understanding of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
* Prior experience with Public Sector and/or Government Relationship Management is preferred.
* Strong value realization, communication, mediation, conflict resolution, leadership, and management skills.
* Experience in delivering products like data dashboards
