Employment: Full-Time
Objectives:
To be able to make fragrance samples based on what is needed, with accurate and reliable test results, so that customers and the company are happy with the best quality.
Main responsibilities:
• Make the scent samples according to the amount given.
• They should know how to mix different kinds of scents.
• Know how to judge a fragrance.
• Keeping track of and filing fragrances.
• Reports to the General Manager • Other interactions: Fragrance Suppliers
• Lasts forever; the contract is for two years
• Start date desired: as soon as possible
• Six months of probation
Requirement
Bachelor's degree from a college or university
• Two years of experience as a lab technician or fragrance tester.
• Soft skills and personality traits like being able to understand instructions right away and being able to work with people of any nationality.
• Age Requirement: 25–35 years old
• Prefer people from the Philippines or India
• Fluent in English
• Currently living in Dubai
About Company
The idea that led to the start of EM was that the market for dental implants could be made easier. Henry Bensimon, the co-founder, and CMO of EM worked as a dental implant national sales manager in New York for more than 20 years. During that time, he saw that the huge number of implant options made many industry professionals confused and frustrated.
When he realized that there was no one place to go for all the different brands and implant systems, he was determined to fill that gap himself. That's how EM came to be. Instead of making a market for all brands, which would have had many of the same problems that come with having too many options, he decided to follow his own vision. By making his own products and starting his own market, he was able to make the implant market easier for professionals. He did this by making the highest quality products that worked on multiple platforms and cost much less than the competition.
