Job Description:
• Provide customer service
• Be in charge of the team that runs the restaurant day-to-day.
• Make sure the Outlet is set up for service and watch it to make sure it runs smoothly.
• Lead and watch over the service team to make sure all tasks are done according to standards.
• Make sure that all employees have been trained enough to do their jobs.
• Use upselling techniques to go above and beyond what guests expect and to make more money at the same time.
Requirement
Qualifications:
Must have at least one year of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in the UAE or three years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in your home country. Must be willing to work anywhere in Dubai.
