Employment: Full-Time
Site HSE Manager - Oil & Gas
• Develop and implement Project Health, Safety, and Environmental Plans and procedures.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans for the project.
• Ensure the Project HSE legal register is maintained and evaluations of compliance are conducted.
• Evaluate/review work techniques and the creation of adequate risk assessments.
• Develop and implement active site monitoring plans to check legal and other HSE compliance, identify detected issues, and offer advice/support as required.
• Participate in all Client/Client Representative meetings and on-site inspections
• Report all HSE-related incidents to project management, clients, and HSE management at the corporate level.
• To lead or assist in the investigation of HSE-related occurrences (as needed).
• To submit all incident notification and investigation reports to Project Management, Clients, and the Corporate HSE Department.
• Provide all HSE performance reports to project management, clients, and the HSE department of the corporation.
Requirement
Site HSE Manager - Western Passport holder due to visa requirements and travel as necessary.
• Must have experience on Onshore / Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in HSE Management job.
Educational Background:
• Degree in Safety/Civil/Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Health and Safety, NVQ Level 5 and above
Technical Qualification:
• ADNOC Certification is a plus
• NEBOSH Diploma and a minimum of five years experience as Project HSE Manager.
• NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent national qualification • Health, safety, and environmental certification.
